Delivery Methods and Timing
Once you have placed your order with us, we will contact you by letter to confirm your order and also provide you with the anticipated completion date. Customers must provide a contact number, as delivery cannot be made without verbal confirmation. Please ensure there is adequate access for delivery vehicles at the premises. Upon delivery, our staff will place products in the required room(s), unpack the item(s) and inspect them with the customer, before signing for acceptance. All packaging will also be removed from site. Customers will be responsible for items once they have signed for them.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within 14 days. All orders must be delivered to the card holder’s address. If you wish to have items delivered to a different address, please contact our sales team so another means of payment can be arranged. |
